How Many Days Does It Take to Issue a CoC Certificate?

For your application, we will require certain documents from your company. After all documents are received by our experts, we can issue your certificate within an average of 7 business days. Of course, there may be variations depending on your company's activities and product group. Additionally, delays may occur depending on the current conditions of the country to which you wish to export.

 

Is a Test Report Required for CoC Certificate Procedures?

When applying for a COC (Certificate of Conformity) certificate, test reports are typically requested to verify that your products comply with a specific standard or regulation. These reports officially confirm that your products meet the required standards, safety requirements, or quality criteria.

Test reports are obtained through examination and testing of your products by an independent testing laboratory or an accredited organization. Certification procedures continue with test reports. Therefore, if you do not have test reports for your products, they must be completed first. Reports made internally by businesses (final inspection reports) are not accepted.

 

How to Obtain a CoC Certificate?

• Proforma invoice or invoice,

• Package list,
• GTIP No (Customs Tariff Statistical Position),

• TIN (Tax Identification Number),

These are the documents we require. Of course, the test report for the product you wish to export must also comply with TS EN ISO/IEC 17025. If you do not have this report, we can assist you with it. Depending on the country you are exporting to, the required documents may vary.

Afterward, the necessary procedures for your application will be carried out by our experts. Following the application and file processing, our auditors will visit you to physically inspect your products. They will check the mandatory labels and the information that must be included on the label. If the product label is missing, the inspection visit may be canceled, and new procedures with additional costs may arise.
